"Waterside Walkway"

Original Dark Roast Watercolor™ painting:

Using Orlando Based - Barnie's Coffee Kitchen "Barnie's Blend Coffee"

I've been commissioned to paint a coffee painting for the Grand Opening of  Standard Pacific Homes new development "Waterside" located along the South-South East shore of John's Lake, Florida.

During my visit to "Waterside" to prepare for this commission, I was impressed with the attention to detail and amazing artistic attributes of the Standard Pacific Homes models... Intricate archways, alcoves, open floor-plans providing spacious views, it was an art lover's dream... Walking outside the Florida sunshine warmed the incredible landscape and I was drawn by the sound of falling water. Surrounding the development are numerous rough hewn stone accents with flowing water features... appropriate to the name "Waterside". Taking a seat in the warm grass and looking up, I knew I had found my special spot.

A basement in Florida? You bet!

I will be painting "live" during the Grand opening for Standard Pacific Homes "Waterside" Development on Saturday, Sept 19, 2015.

Yours truly will be located in the basement, yep, the beautiful walk out basement of the Lucerne II model.

This gorgeous 4 bedroom 4.5 bath estate home features incredible architectural highlights such as:

  • Dramatic foyer with a voluminous entry
  • A lavish master suite with a spa experience master bath and dual walk in closets
  • Second story game room overlooking to the first floor
  • Ample use of windows allows for more natural light, views and connectivity to the outdoors
  • A finished or unfinished walk out basement.
